The LOW_PATH_SWITCH_TIME parameter specifies the length of time in seconds that an attempt is made to path switch a disconnected low priority RTP connection. See restrictions under NETWORK_PATH_SWITCH_TIME.
If 0 is specified for LOW_PATH_SWITCH_TIME, a default value of 480 is used.
