The DYNAMIC_LOAD parameter specifies whether the transaction program (TP)
can be dynamically started by an allocation request received on a conversation.
Valid values are:
- 0
- The TP can not be dynamically started.
- 1
- The TP can be dynamically started.
This parameter is required. The default is 1.
