The DSPU_NAME parameter specifies the component name that manages and monitors
the resources (such as attached links and adjacent link station) associated
with a downstream node. The name is a 1- to 8-byte SNA Type A character string.
Valid values are:
- The first character must be an uppercase alphabetic character (A–Z) or a special character (@, #, $).
- The remaining characters can be alphanumeric characters (A–Z, 0–9) or special characters (@, #, $).
This parameter is required.
