Capture of dynamic printing parameters

There are two levels of attributes that can be captured dynamically: report-level dynamic attributes (RDAT), and archive-level dynamic attributes (ADAT).

Report-level dynamic print attributes take precedence over archive-level print attributes, but reports can inherit the attributes from the associated archive attributes. If a printing attribute value is absent for a report, the report inherits the value for that attribute from the archive attribute associated with that report. These attributes are combined for each report to define a final set of printing parameters, and are stored in the BJTDAT table.
