User response In the CC field, specify one of the following valid
values:  - DCB: To use the spacing that is assigned to    the report
by the application  - ASA: To use ANSI-standard spacing  - Machine:
To use machine carriage control  If you do not know which value to
enter, accept the default value of DCB.
