BJT03230E SET REPACC requires a value

Explanation
 The SET REPACC command was issued without a required value.
The command is used to enable or disable the Report Access Identity security
feature. 

User response
 Notify your report administrator about the problem. The
administrator can re-issue the command with a value of either: ENABLE or DISABLE.
