BJT03228E SET VARCHIVE requires a value

Explanation
 The SET VARCHIVE command was issued without a required
value. The command allows either all archives to be viewed by the user, or
only those archives which do not have any reports based on them.

User response
 Notify your report administrator about the problem. The
administrator can re-issue the command with a value of either: ALL (view all
archives) or NOREPORT (view only archives which generated no reports).
