Explanation
 The SET OUTCLASS command was issued without a required
class value. The command specifies the default SYSOUT class to be used for
printed reports when the class is missing from the printer or the recipient
definition.

User response
 Notify your report administrator about the problem. The
administrator can re-issue the command with a valid one-character class.
