Prerequisites

Before you install IBM Open SDK for Rust on AIX 1.94, you must meet the prerequisites.

The prerequisites are as follows:

Become either the root user or a user with administrator privileges.
Ensure that system prerequisites such as disk space and operating system are met.
Prepare the electronic distribution package.
Optional: Preview the installable compiler filesets, license agreements, and default installation process.

README files contain late-breaking information, including changes and corrections to the product information. README files are located by default in the IBM Open SDK for Rust on AIX 1.94 directory and in the root directory of the installation.
