Creating a workspace

Use the Create workspace wizard to go through the steps to select the enterprise and nodes that you want to monitor in the workspace.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Workspaces (workspaces icon) from the menu.
  3. Click the Plus (+) sign to load the Create workspace wizard.
  4. Enter a name for your workspace.
  5. Select the enterprise that you want to monitor. The metrics for this workspace will be determined from orders that are associated with this enterprise, and from orders that are associated with its child enterprises.
  6. Select the document type that you want to monitor.
    Note: Metrics are taken from the ship node perspective for all document types.
  7. To monitor orders that are not yet assigned to nodes, select the Monitor orders with node assignment pending (all network) checkbox.
  8. If you want to set this workspace as the default, select Set as default workspace.
    When a workspace is set as default, this workspace is displayed as the first workspace tab and is your active workspace.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Select the nodes that you want to monitor and then click Save. You can filter the nodes or search for a specific node name to easily select the nodes to monitor.
    Note: To see all nodes across all enterprises, clear the Enterprise field.
  11. Click Finish.
