Deleting users

You can delete a single user or multiple users from the Manage users and roles page.

About this task

Deleted users cannot log on to Order Hub. If a user is still logged in while the account is deleted, the session is invalidated and the user cannot complete further actions within Order Hub.

You cannot delete your own account.

Procedure

To delete users, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Order Hub settings icon on the navigation ribbon and click User roles.
  2. In the Manage users and roles page, select the checkboxes next to the user or users that you want to delete, and click Delete.
  3. Click Submit to confirm the deletion.

Results

The selected users are deleted from Order Hub.
