Distribution list for email notifications

The user roles that are assigned in Self Service define the distribution list for the IBM Sterling® Order Management System email notifications.

Email notifications are sent to you if you are assigned one of the following roles in Self Service.

Organization Administrator
Developer
Stakeholder

Note: To ensure that you do not encounter any interruptions to your existing maintenance or release notifications, you must validate your current role in Self Service.
