Exporting table data

Exporting table data helps you to analyze orders, share information, and integrate with other systems. Exporting table data provides you with the flexibility to work beyond the Order Hub user interface.

About this task

By default, exporting table data is enabled for all Order Hub tables. When the exporting table data feature is enabled for a table, the system displays a download/export icon.

Procedure

  1. Click the download and export icon.
  2. From the Export table data modal, enter the file name for the export.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select the file format to use for the exported data.
    • If you selected a CSV file format and your table includes inner tables, the system creates a single .zip file. The compressed file contains one CSV file for the main table and other CSV files for each inner table.
    • If you selected an XLSX file format, the system creates multiple sheets inside one workbook.
    • If you selected a JSON file format, the system creates a single file that includes the inner tables.
  4. Click Export.
