Changing languages

The language that appears within the next-generation Order Hub login page functions and is configured independently from the language that you see throughout the next-generation Order Hub user interface. You can change the languages on both the next-generation Order Hub login page and user interface pages.

About this task

You can change the language for the next-generation Order Hub login page directly from the page. To change the language for the next-generation Order Hub user interface, you need to change the user locale that is configured within Sterling™ Order Management System Software.

1. To change the language of the next-generation Order Hub login page, use the language selector that is at the lower right of the page.
2. To change the language of the next-generation Order Hub user interface, modify the user locale.
   1. Log in to the Application Manager.
   2. Select Applications > Applications Platform.
   3. Select Security > Users.
   4. Search for the username to verify that the user exists. If the user does not exist, see Creating a user.
   5. Right click and select Details.
   6. In the Locale field, use the drop-down menu to select the locale.
