Modifying a customer contact type

You can modify a customer contact type.

About this task

To modify a contact type:

Procedure

  1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Cross Application > Customer > Contact Types.

The Customer Contact Types window displays in the work area.

  1. Select the applicable contact type and click the Details icon. The Contact Type Details pop-up window displays.
  2. In Short Description, enter a brief description of the contact type.
  3. In Long Description, enter a more detailed description of the contact type.
  4. Click the Save icon.
