Creating a customer contact type

You can create a customer contact type.

About this task

To create a contact type:

Procedure

  1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Cross Application > Customer > Contact Types.

The Customer Contact Types window displays in the work area.

  1. Click the Create New icon. The Contact Type Details pop-up window displays.
  2. In Contact Type, enter the contact type.
  3. In Short Description, enter a brief description of the contact type.
  4. In Long Description, enter a more detailed description of the contact type.
  5. Click the Save icon.
