MQ queue issues
Use tools provided with IBM Sterling® Order Management System for queue management. Do not use tools such as MQ Explorer because the underlying bindings between the IBM Sterling Order Management System INT servers and IBM Sterling Order Management System QMGR might not be satisfied.

Note: You might have to understand the client MQ
PUT and GET logic
to troubleshoot queue issues and concerns.- Ensure that all client PUT operations are committing messages to the queues.
- Ensure that all client messages are within the maximum message size of the queue configuration.
- Ensure that the CURDEPTH of a queue is not incrementing at a high level and that INT server processing (consumption) is not lagging behind message creation on the IBM Sterling Order Management System inbound queues.
