MQ message issues
MQ message issues refer to the actual message payload. IBM Sterling® Order Management System expects to receive text based payloads. (Format = MQSTR). Do not rely on default settings within the JMS or MQ Client. It is best to specify the Format in the Client header message configuration. Again, it is highly recommended that MQ Client is installed and manual payload testing is done before automating any load into IBM Sterling Order Management System through MQ. If it appears that MQ payload is not reaching IBM Sterling Order Management System, it is advised to check the INT server logs for exception messages.
