Modifying AI tools

Update AI tools to change configurations, update service definition files, or refine how the tool interacts with connected services. These updates help keep tools aligned with current requirements.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. From the side navigation menu, select Configuration > Application platform > AI tools.
    The system displays the AI tools window. The system organizes the AI tools list alphabetically by service group name.
  3. Modify the AI tools in one of the following ways.
    Modifying custom AI tool details
    1. From the AI tools list, locate the AI tool for which you want to modify.
    2. Click the overflow menu icon for that tool Overflow menu icon that looks like three dots in a vertical column, and select Modify or select the AI tool and click Edit tool. The system displays the Edit tool details page with a Custom indicator.
    3. Modify the AI tool details and click Save.
    Modifying system-defined AI tool details
    Note: For system-defined tools, you can only override the tool details information.
    1. From the AI tools list, locate the AI tool for which you want to modify.
    2. Click the overflow menu icon for that tool Overflow menu icon that looks like three dots in a vertical column, and select Override or select the AI tool and click Edit tool. The system displays the Edit tool details page with a Custom indicator.
    3. To view the default tools details, click View original.
    4. To reset the AI tool details to the default values, click Revert.
    5. Modify the AI tool details and click Save.
    Modifying the associated service definition flow
    1. From the AI tools list, select the AI tool for which you want to modify. The system opens the AI tool in the canvas.
    2. To view available subservices, in the canvas toolbar, click Transport types, Components, or Adapters.
    3. Drag one or more subservices to the canvas.
    4. Modify the required execution logic by arranging and connecting the subservices.
    5. Click Save.
