Modifying customer titles

You can modify customer titles using the Customer Title window.

About this task

Note: The fields marked with * are mandatory.
Note: During modification, if you enter invalid data in any editable field, the application will consider the previously saved value.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Customer Title window. To navigate to the Customer Title window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    3. Expand the Customer Definitions menu, and click Customer Titles. The Customer Title window opens.
  2. In the Customer Title Name field, click and modify the short description of the customer title.
  3. In the Customer Title Description field, click and modify the detailed description of the customer title.
  4. Click Save.
