Error when starting Applications Manager or System Management Console

After a fresh install of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.5.5 and FP8.5.5.7, a " YHM_Connect_Loss" message and a "Session_Timed_Out" error appear when you start the Applications Manager or the System Management Console.

After a fresh install of WebSphere Application Server, you cannot start the Applications Manager or the System Management Console.
