Resolving problems with API response time

To ensure that the throughput of the application is at optimal levels, the APIs must be running with good response times. API response times can also affect Application Console users because the Application Consoles retrieve and update all information by using APIs.

If an API's response time exceed it's threshold, investigate the possible causes.
