You can modify the alert statuses only for the Hub organization
in the Alert Statuses window.
Procedure
Note: During modification, if you enter invalid data
in any editable field, the application will consider the previously
saved value.
Note: The fields marked with * are mandatory.
- Navigate to the Alert
Statuses window. To navigate to the Alert Statuses window,
perform the following steps:
- Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise
Administrator. The Business Center home page opens
- Click System Setup. The System
Setup home page opens
- Expand the Alert menu, and click Alert
Statuses. The Alert Statuses window
opens. You can view the existing alert statuses.
- In the Alert Status Name field,
click and modify the short description of the alert status.
- In the Alert Status Description field,
click and modify the detailed description of the alert status.
- Click Save.
