Modifying alert statuses

You can modify the alert statuses only for the Hub organization in the Alert Statuses window.

Procedure

Note: During modification, if you enter invalid data in any editable field, the application will consider the previously saved value.
Note: The fields marked with * are mandatory.

  1. Navigate to the Alert Statuses window. To navigate to the Alert Statuses window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens
    3. Expand the Alert menu, and click Alert Statuses. The Alert Statuses window opens. You can view the existing alert statuses.
  2. In the Alert Status Name field, click and modify the short description of the alert status.
  3. In the Alert Status Description field, click and modify the detailed description of the alert status.
  4. Click Save.
