Environment access

You must have access to your environment before you begin to deploy and configure your environments either during the onboarding process or during any ongoing operations.

All the IBM Sterling® Order Management System environments can be accessed through external URLs.

If you are on the next-generation platform, the external URL pattern is:

https://<tenantcode>-<envname>.oms.supplychain.ibm.com/smcfs/console/login.jsp

In this case, the URL opens the Application Console. In the pattern, you can replace <envname> with the environment that you want to access like prod, dev, qa, mc, or preprod.
