Shipment details tab

The Shipment details tab displays detailed information about a shipment. You get to this page from a Shipment search.

Description of shipment summary section
Field Description
Shipment number The outbound shipment number.
Shipper's reference number The outbound shipment reference number.
Enterprise The Enterprise associated with the shipment.
Buyer The identifier for the Buyer.
Seller The identifier for the Seller.
Ship node The node from where the outbound shipment ships.
Receiving node The node that is receiving the outbound shipment.
Merge node The merge node if the shipment is related to an order line that has a 'Deliver together' dependency.
Status The outbound shipment status.

Has hazardous items Indicates if the outbound shipment contains any hazardous item.

Shipping

Description of the Shipping section
Field Description
Ship to The address to which the shipment is shipped.

Charges

The total shipment charges.
Description of the Charges section
Field Description
Carrier account # The carrier account number for the shipment.
COD pay method The COD payment type for the carrier.
Freight terms The freight terms that are used for the shipment. Valid values include COLLECT, PREPAID, TP-COLLECT, and TP-PREPAID.
Estimated shipment charges The estimated charge for shipping the outbound shipment.
Actual shipment charges The actual charge for shipping the outbound shipment.
Freight charge The charge that is applied by the carrier for shipping the outbound shipment.

Totals

Description of the Totals section
Field Description
Weight The total weight of the shipment.
Volume The total volume of the shipment.
Number of containers The number of packed containers in a shipment.

Carrier information

Description of the Carrier information section
Field Description
Fulfillment method The delivery method for the shipment.
Ship mode The mode of transportation for the shipment. Values include 'LTL', 'TL', and 'PARCEL'.
Carrier/Service The carrier service for the outbound shipment.
Manifest # The outbound shipment's manifest number.
Requested carrier service The requested carrier service for the outbound shipment.
Trailer # The outbound shipment's trailer number.
Airway bill # Indicates the airway bill number for tracking the shipment. The airway bill is a document of carriage, which is issued by airlines to shippers of cargo. The airway bill number:
  • Is an evidence of a contract of carriage
  • Proves receipt of goods for shipment
  • Is a freight bill
BOL # The outbound shipment's bill of lading number.
Return carrier service The carrier service for the return shipment from the drop-down list.
Pro # Enter the PRO number assigned by the carrier to track the shipment.
Is revised Indicates whether the Ship To address has changed since the creation of the outbound shipment.
Seal # The outbound shipment's seal number.

Shipment lines

You can click a shipment line number view more details about the line. For more information, see Shipment line details page.

Field Description
Shipment line number The shipment line number.
Enterprise The Enterprise associated with the shipment.
Order number The order number to which the outbound shipment line belongs.
Line number The order line number to which the shipment line belongs.
Release number The order release number to which the shipment line belongs.
Item ID The shipment line item's item ID.
Description The item's description.
PC The shipment line item's product class.
UOM The shipment line item's unit of measure.
Requested serial number The serial number requested in the order.
Quantity The number of units that are included in the shipment
Overship quantity The number of units that are included in the shipment in excess of the original quantity
Original quantity The original quantity on the order.
Delivery method The delivery method for the shipment.
Fulfillment type The fulfillment type.

Actions

The following actions are available.
Action Description
Confirm shipment Manually confirm that the shipment was shipped.
Release from ESP hold Release shipments that are On ESP Hold status or ESP Check Required status. For more information, see Releasing from ESP hold.
Cancel shipment Cancel the shipment and remove the shipment from progressing through the shipment pipeline.
