Releasing from ESP hold

You can manually release a shipment from ESP hold for shipments that are in On ESP Hold status or ESP Check Required status. You might want to manually release from ESP hold to bypass the economic shipping parameters that are defined in the shipment pipeline.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Shipments from the menu and search for the shipment that you want to update.
  3. Click a shipment search result to go to the Shipment details page.
  4. Click Actions > Release from ESP Hold.
