When you pack items into a container for shipping, you can record the container details
with the Pack container action.
Note: Whether you have permission to use this action depends on user group
permissions and modification rules. If the action is not available to you, contact your
administrator to review the permissions and rules. For more information, see
Procedure

Log in to Order Hub.

Click and search for the shipment that you need to pack.

Go to the Shipment details page.

From the Actions menu, select Pack
container.

Specify container details and the items that you want to pack.

Container SCM |
The shipment container marking number of the case or pallet. |
Tracking number |
The container's tracking number to track the container's status and location. |
Declared insurance value |
The value that is used to calculate customs charges. This field is only applicable to
international shipments. |
Gross weight |
The weight of the container plus its contents. |
Net weight |
The net weight of the contents. |
Height |
The height of the container. |
Width |
The width of the container. |
Length |
The length of the container. |
Unpacked items |
Specify the quantity to pack into the container.

You can view the container information from the Containers tab.
