Creating a level of service
You can create a level of service.
About this task
To create a level of service:
Procedure
- From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Cross Application > Order Promising > Levels of Service. The Levels of Service window displays in the work area.
- Choose the Create New icon. The Level of Service Details pop-up window displays.
- In Level of Service, enter the name of the level of service.
- In Short Description, enter a brief description of the level of service. The description is displayed on the corresponding service level tab in the Current Notification Period window.
- In Long Description, enter a more detailed description of the level of service.
- Choose the Save icon.
