Deleting a saved search in IBM® Sterling Field Sales

You can delete a saved search if the saved search is no longer required.

About this task

To delete a saved search:

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling™ Field Sales.
  2. Click Saved Searches.
  3. The Saved Searches dialog box is displayed. In the Search Criteria panel, search for the saved search by performing the following steps:
    1. In the Saved Search Name Contains box, enter either the complete name or the partial name of the saved search.
    2. From the Search Type drop-down list, select the appropriate entity. For example, to search for a saved opportunity search, select Opportunity from the drop-down list.
    3. Click Search.
  4. The saved searches matching the criteria are displayed in the Search Results panel. Select the check box adjacent to the saved search you want to delete, and click Delete.
  5. A message asking you for confirmation is displayed. Click Yes.
  6. Click Close to close the Saved Searches dialog box.
