Logging in to the IBM® Sterling Field Sales application
To access the Sterling™ Field Sales application and use its features, you must first log in to the application using a valid user ID and password.hj0+

Note:
- If IBMid is enabled, log in to other applications such as Sterling Business Center with the IBMid before you log in to the Sterling Field Sales application. Otherwise, you will not be able to successfully log in to the Sterling Field Sales application.
- You can log in to the application with an enterprise in context.
- When you log in using a browser or a browser version that is not supported by Sterling Field Sales, a warning dialog box is displayed to report browser incompatibility. If you continue using an unsupported browser or browser version, you may encounter user interface issues.
- It is recommended that the timezone of the system where the browser is running is the same as the timezone of the user who has logged in to the application.
