Navigate to the Clienteling Rules wizard. To navigate to the
Clienteling Rules wizard, complete the following steps:
Log in to Sterling Business Center as an
Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
From the Organization list, select the store's enterprise for which you
want to configure the rules.
Click System Setup. The System Setup home page
opens.
Expand the Store Administration menu, and click Clienteling
Rules. The Clienteling Rules window opens.
Select either Recommended Products or Recently
Viewed depending on which tab should be displayed by default, when the
Customer Profile screen loads.
Enter appropriate values in the following fields to suit your business needs:
Service to be executed for fetching recommended products: Name of the external service
that should be invoked to fetch the recommended products.
Number of recommended products to be shown in UI: Controls the number of products
displayed in the Recommendations tab on the Customer Profile screen and the Recommended Products
section for orders in the Order History screen.
Service to be executed for fetching last viewed products: Name of the external service
that should be invoked to fetch the last viewed products.
Number of last viewed products to be shown in UI: Controls the number of products
displayed in the Interested Products tab on the Customer Profile screen.
Service to be executed for fetching products of keyword search: Name of the external
service that should be invoked to fetch the product search keywords displayed in the Recently Viewed
tab on the Customer Profile screen.
Number of products from keyword search to be shown in UI: Controls the number of product
search keywords displayed in the Recently Viewed tab on the Customer Profile screen.
Service to be executed for fetching customer's wish list: Name of the external service
that should be invoked to fetch customer's wish list from the online channel.
Number of products from wish list to be shown in UI: Controls the number of products
displayed in the Wish List tab on the Customer Profile screen.
Service to be executed to display online cart products in store: The name of external
service used by the application to fetch online cart products.
Service to be executed to notify the online channel about products added to store cart:
The name of the external service which is used to notify the online channel when one or more
products in the open cart are added to the store cart.
