You can choose to combine products from "Pickup in Store" and "Ship from Store" orders in
batches. This configuration applies only to a store. Furthermore, you can also create a department
group for a store. For example, you can create an "Apparel" group to include men's, women's, and
kid's clothing departments. You can also modify and delete the department groups.
Procedure
- Perform the following steps to view
store administration rules:

Log on to Sterling Business Center as a system
administrator.
- From the Organization menu, select
the organization for which you want to apply the rules.
- Click System Setup. The System
Setup home page opens.
- Expand the Store Administration menu.
A list of store administration rules is displayed.
- Click Configure Batches. The Configure
Batches window opens.

In the Order Fulfillment Type panel, under Combine BOPUS orders
and SFS orders in batches, select Yes or
No as required.
This option allows a batch in the Sterling Store
Engagement application to contain products from both "Pickup in Store" and "Ship from Store" orders.
- Click Save.

This configuration affects the creation and display of batches
in the Sterling Store
Engagement application.
