Past Weeks Report

The Past Weeks Report lists the reports that were run during the previous week.

The Past Weeks Report is part of the SMCF-Audit package. The report shows the list of reports that were run during the previous week, starting from the Sunday of that week till Saturday. That is, if you generate the Past Weeks Report on a Wednesday, the starting date, by default, is the Sunday of the previous week, and not the Sunday immediately preceding the current day.

The Past Weeks Report is excluded from the audit counts that monitor the report execution count.

The Past Weeks Report displays the following details about the reports that were run:
  • Report name.
  • Report type. For example, report batchreportservice for a scheduled report or report reportservice for a report that is run manually.
  • Search path, which is the saved location if the report is saved.
  • Execution time.
  • Timestamp of the report run.
  • Package or model that the report used.
  • Status. For example, success, failure, or warning.
  • Error details, if any.
  • Type. For example, Standard report or Active report.

You can also customize the report to add additional field such as User name.
