Configuring precedence

When Sterling™ Order Management System Software is evaluating whether to choose customer assignments, seller assignments, or both, it makes this determination based on how you configure the following options:

Customer assignments take precedence over seller assignments.
Seller assignments take precedence over customer assignments.
Consider both and choose lowest priced price list.
