You can delete the return reasons that a store associate can select when a creating a
return order.
Procedure

Perform the following steps to view return order rules:
- Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as a system administrator.
- From the Organization menu, select the organization for which you want to
apply the rules.
- Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
- Expand the Return Order menu.

Select Return Reason. The Return Reason page opens.

Select the return reason that you want to delete and click Delete. A
confirmation is displayed.

Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the return reason. A
success message is displayed.
