Deleting return reasons

You can delete the return reasons that a store associate can select when a creating a return order.

Procedure

  1. Perform the following steps to view return order rules:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as a system administrator.
    2. From the Organization menu, select the organization for which you want to apply the rules.
    3. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    4. Expand the Return Order menu.
  2. Select Return Reason. The Return Reason page opens.
  3. Select the return reason that you want to delete and click Delete. A confirmation is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the return reason. A success message is displayed.
