Deleting receiving reasons

You can delete an existing receiving reason that may be used by store associates while receiving shipments.


  1. Navigate to the Receiving Reason window. To navigate to the Receiving Reason window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. From the Organization menu, select the organization for which you want to apply the rules.
    3. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    4. Expand the Receiving menu, and click Receiving Reasons. The Receiving Reason window opens.
  2. Select the receiving reason that you want to delete and then click Delete. The Confirm Delete window opens.
  3. Click Yes. The receiving reason is deleted.
