Deleting a cancellation reason

You can delete a cancellation reason.

To delete a cancellation reason:

Procedure

  1. From the menu bar, choose Applications > Distributed Order Management. The tree displays in the side panel.
  2. From the tree, choose VAS > Cancellation Reasons. The Cancellation Reasons window displays in the work area.
  3. Select the applicable cancellation reason and choose the Delete icon. The Confirmation window displays.
  4. Choose OK.
