Creating a new cancellation reason based on an existing one

You can create a new cancellation reason that is based on an existing one.

About this task

To create a new cancellation reason based on an existing one:

Procedure

  1. From the menu bar, choose Applications > Distributed Order Management. The Distributed Order Management tree displays in the side panel.
  2. From the Distributed Order Management tree, choose VAS > Cancellation Reasons. The Cancellation Reasons window displays in the work area.
  3. Select the applicable cancellation reason and choose the Save As icon. The Cancellation Reason Details window displays.
  4. Enter information in the applicable fields.
  5. Choose the Save icon.
