Configuring Modification Reasons for Quotes

You can configure the Modification Reasons in IBM® Sterling™ Business Center. The Modification Reasons can be used by a Sales Representative while modifying a quote in IBM Sterling Field Sales.

For example, you can define modification reasons like Customer Requested Change and Manager Rejection Change. You can add new reasons , modify, or delete existing reasons in Sterling Business Center.
