Configuring Abandonment Reasons for Quotes

You can configure the Abandonment Reasons in IBM® Sterling™ Business Center. The Abandonment Reasons can be used by a Sales Representative while abandoning a quote in Sterling Field Sales.

For example, you can define abandonment reasons like Cannot Negotiate Further, Found Better Deal, and Unacceptable Demand. You can add new reasons, modify, or delete existing reason codes in Sterling Business Center.
