Synchronizing queues

If you are migrating from the UCD tool to Self Service, users with the Developer role can synchronize the queues that you created by using the UCD tool and Self Service.

To synchronize queues, complete the following steps:

1. Access Self Service with your IBMid.
2. From the Self Service menu, click Environments.
3. From the list of environments, select an environment.
4. In the Queue configuration tab, click Actions > Sync queues.

   All queues are copied from the UCD tool to Self Service.
