Viewing logs for CDT

Users with the Developer role can view the detailed logs in Self Service for the configuration deployment tool (CDT). The log displays details for all stages of the CDT process. Steps for each stage are displayed and after completion of each step, the stage is marked as complete. If any step fails, the stage is marked as failed. You can view these logs in OpenSearch too.

Procedure

  1. Access Self Service with your IBMid.
  2. From the Self Service menu, click Environments.
  3. From the list of environments, select an environment.
  4. In the Configuration tab, click the process name.
    The log is displayed for each stage of the process.

    After the CDT process is complete, you can view the logs also from the Processes tab.
