Configure a default approval plan group

You can configure a default approval group, which is then selected automatically when a rule is configured to require approval.

You can configure a default approval group using the Default Approval Plan screen.

To configure a default approval plan:

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Default Approval Plan screen. To navigate to the Default Approval Plan screen, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as a system administrator or a system setup administrator.
    2. From the System Setup Home page, expand the Approval Plans menu, and then click Default Approval Plan. The Default Approval Plan screen is displayed.
  2. Click the search icon adjacent to the Approval Plan Name. The Add Approval Plan window is displayed.
  3. Select the Approval plan.
  4. Click Save.

    The default approval plan for the override set up is saved.
