You can configure a default approval group, which is then
selected automatically when a rule is configured to require approval.

You can configure a default
approval group using the Default Approval Plan screen.
To configure a default approval plan:
Procedure
- Navigate to the Default Approval Plan screen.
To navigate to the Default Approval Plan screen, perform the following
steps:

Log in to Sterling Business Center as a system administrator or a system setup administrator.
- From the System
Setup Home page, expand the Approval Plans menu,
and then click Default Approval Plan. The Default
Approval Plan screen is displayed.
- Click the search icon adjacent to the Approval Plan Name. The Add Approval
Plan window is displayed.
- Select the Approval plan.
- Click Save.
The default approval plan for the override
set up is saved.
