Work order hold types

Work orders may need to be held at one point through their life cycle. For example, certain complex services may require a number of compatible products and services, as well as service tools. A supervisor may be required to verify work orders with such services before appointments can be taken.

The order hold type functionality is also available to work orders. The only difference is that a work order cannot be in a draft status, therefore the hold can only be created automatically on work order creation, on resolution of another hold type, or through a modification type.
