Viewing contract order lists
By viewing contract order lists, account managers can effectively manage customer relationships, optimize order fulfillment, and improve forecasting and planning.
Procedure
- Log in to Order Hub.
- From the main menu, select .
- From Account, select the account that you want to view the contract order list for from the drop-down menu.
- Click the flyout menu icon and select Contract
orders. You can customize the table to display the columns to show and arrange them in the order that you want. For more information, see Customizing table columns.
Results
- Draft contract orders
- Draft contract orders are contract orders that are being proposed or still being negotiated, but not confirmed yet. By default you see the contract order name and status, total number of order lines, estimated value, and start and end dates. To see the contract order details, click the contract number.
- Active contract orders
- Active contract orders are contract orders that are accepted and are being fulfilled. By
default, you see the contract name and status, total number of order lines, estimated value,
fulfilled and total quantity of the items in the order, and start and end dates. To see the contract
order details, click the contract number. You can also perform other actions from the Active tab by
clicking the overflow menu for a specific contract order number and selecting to one of the options.
- Create sales order
- View sales order
- Edit contract order
- Pause contract order
Note: If you see a yellow triangle icon with an exclamation mark next to an active contract order in the list, it indicates that the contract order is expiring soon. The indicator provides the insight so that you can proactively begin the contract renewal process.
- Completed contract orders
- Completed contract orders are contract orders that are either completed or closed. By default, you see the contract order name and status, total number of order lines, estimated value, and start and end dates. To see the contract order details, click the contract number.
You can more efficiently search and refine the list of contracts by filtering the data. You can add, edit, remove, and save your filter criteria. For more information, see Filtering data.
