Viewing contract order details
As an account manager, having visibility into contract order details is crucial. By viewing and analyzing contract order details, account managers can respond quickly to customer inquiries and proactively address issues. Account managers can use the data to optimize their workflow by streamlining order processing. Account managers can also analyze a customer's purchasing behavior to identify trends and patterns that can lead to revenue growth opportunities.
Procedure
- Log in to Order Hub.
- From the main menu, select .
- Click the flyout menu icon and select Contract orders.
- Under Account, select the account that you want to view the contract order list for from the drop-down menu.
- Click the contract order number that you want to view the details for.
Results
- Contract order summary
- Contract order summary displays the buyer name, contract order status, creation date, start and end dates, number of release sales orders, and unfulfilled order value by default. You can modify how the data is displayed by clicking the cog icon. Select the fields that you want to view. Then reorder the list by clicking the grip icon and dragging the item to where in the lineup that you want to see the data. You can also expand or contract the entire section by clicking the up or down arrow.
- Contract order standing
- Contract order standing shows the total number of order lines, how many order lines are less than 25% fulfilled, and how many order lines are less that 50% fulfilled. The chart also shows the estimated values or volumes for all contract orders. You can click the value or volume icon to toggle between the two units of measure. The chart also shows the proportion of all contract orders that are fulfilled, invoiced, and paid.
- Upcoming delivery schedules
- The upcoming delivery chart shows the deliveries that are not converted to sales orders yet that
are coming up soon. The upcoming delivery schedules list is a result of the recurring schedules that
you set. The table is sorted with the closest delivery dates to the current date first. The table
shows the Item ID, Quantity, Unit price, Requested delivery date, and Order date.

- Sales orders for contract order number
- The sales orders table shows the sales orders that correspond to the contract order that you
selected to view. The table does not include draft sales orders. To view draft sales orders, click
the flyout menu and select Sales orders. You can view active sales orders or
shipped and cancelled sales orders by selecting the respective tabs. The Shipped and cancelled table
shows the Sales order number, Status, Estimated value, and Fulfilled value. The Active table also
shows Expected ship date and Expected delivery date. You can customize the table layout to also show
Order lines, Order date, and Hold status. You can filter the list to view specific sales orders
based on the criteria that you selected. You can also view the sales order details page for an item
by clicking a sales order number.
