Dates tab

View any custom dates that were configured for order monitoring.

Note: Whether you have permission to modify dates depends on user group permissions and modification rules. If the action is not available to you, contact your administrator to review the permissions and rules. For more information, see

Field Description
Date Type The custom date type.
Requested The date that this date type is requested to be met.
Expected The date that this date type is expected to be met.
Actual The date that this date type was met.
Note: Once you complete the all the actions, click the global Save button to save the changes. A modification reason modal is displayed on the screen. Select the Reason code (optional) from the list, enter the Reason text (optional), and click Ok. Order hub will track all the changes and only save the changes when you click the save button. Auto save or pending changes will not occur.
