Configuring order tables

When searching for Orders, you can configure some tables to show or hide columns. The columns you choose affect your view on the specific tenant only. Your configuration does not affect other users.

Tables that are configurable include a Settings icon (Icon that looks like a gear) above the table header. For example:

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub
  2. Click Orders > Outbound or Orders > Inbound in the menu.
  3. Enter search criteria and search for orders.
  4. The Search results page displays a list of results that match your search criteria within the selected enterprise and child enterprises.
    • The search results table includes a Settings icon Icon that looks like a gear to configure the columns in the table.
    • If you click a search result and go to the details pages, you can also find the Settings icon in other various tables. For example, on the Order line table.
  5. Click the Settings icon to open the table configuration.
  6. In the Table configuration option, select the columns that you want to view under Available columns.
  7. Under Selected columns, click and drag the grip icon (::) to reorder columns. You can also click the x icon to remove items from the Selected columns list. This also deselects the corresponding checkbox in the Available columns list.
    Note: You cannot remove or reorder the columns that have the lock icon.
  8. Click Save. The selected fields are displayed from left to right in the details section. Saving the configuration is permanent. It is saved such that the next time you view the table on the same tenant, the columns will reflect this change.
