| Field | Description |

| Audit number | The audit number in sequence of the events that occurred for this work order. |
| Audit time | The time that the event occurred. |
| Action | The action that was completed. |
| Modified by | The user who performed the action. |
| Reason | The reason code for the action or modification. |
| Comments | Additional information if the user provided a reason description. |
| Attribute | The attribute that was changed. |
| Old value | The attribute's old value before modification. |
| New value | The attribute's new value. |
