Setting up gift options

You can set up gift options for the products that are shipped, picked up, or delivered.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Gift Options window. To navigate to the Gift Options window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator.
    2. From the System Setup Home page, expand the Order menu, and then click Gift Options.
      The Gift Options screen opens.
  2. Perform the following tasks as applicable:
    • Select the Allow Gift Information For Product Being Shipped check box to allow the product with "Shipping" as the fulfillment method to be marked as gifts.
    • Select the Allow Gift Information For Product Being Picked check box to allow the product with "Pickup" as the fulfillment method to be marked as gifts.
    • Select the Allow Gift Wrapping check box to allow a product to be gift wrapped.
  3. Click Save to save the configuration.
