You can set up gift options for the products that are shipped,
picked up, or delivered.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Gift Options window.
To navigate to the Gift Options window, perform
the following steps:

Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise
Administrator.
- From the System Setup Home page,
expand the Order menu, and then click Gift
Options.
The Gift Options screen
opens.
- Perform the following tasks as applicable:
- Select the Allow Gift Information For Product Being
Shipped check box to allow the product with "Shipping"
as the fulfillment method to be marked as gifts.
- Select the Allow Gift Information For Product Being
Picked check box to allow the product with "Pickup" as
the fulfillment method to be marked as gifts.
- Select the Allow Gift Wrapping check box
to allow a product to be gift wrapped.
- Click Save to save the configuration.
